** Any items deemed inappropriate by the committee can be removed
        at its discretion at any time.
** All booth space is outside.
** No tents provided; however are recommended. Don't forget weights.
** No extension cords are provided. Please bring one if needed
** Setup time is Saturday 7 - 9 a.m. Show time is 9:30 – 7:00.
** Booths are 10 X 10. If additional space is required, you will need to purchase
      additional booth space.
** No tables and/or chairs will be provided

** All equipment must be furnished by the vendor.

** Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area, removing their equipment
and merchandise.

** Participants are liable for any damage to the property caused by the
participant(s) or their agents.

** Okarche Educational Foundation, Okarchefest committee or the representative
of Okarchefest’s committee, and the City of Okarche do not assume liability or
responsibility for any participants or loss or damage of the participants.
